Implementation guidance on transitioning to midwifery models of care

The World Health Organization released new guidance to help countries transition to midwifery models of care.
This new guidance provides health system leaders, policymakers, government officials, and partners with: a structured transition framework and assessment tool; evidence-based practices to inform policy and planning; support for countries at any stage of transition.
