PATH is organizing a virtual event to spotlight the role of public-private partnerships in unlocking additional resources for health in Africa. This is the second event in its regional MNCH advocacy series ‘Rethinking the future of maternal and child survival in Africa in a changing aid landscape’.
Over the last seven months, global financing for health has undergone unprecedented changes, with urgent questions for the future playing out at the national level. As donor countries scale back their global health commitments, African nations must double down on domestic health spending, amplify maternal and child survival on political agendas, and meet the commitments they have set for themselves.
