Many life-saving interventions are not implemented effectively, with wide gaps between what is known and what is done, especially in low- and middle-income countries. Share your perspectives and realities in all low- and middle-income contexts. Answers can be anonymous and there is no requirement to provide identifying information.

This survey is being conducted as part of the Lancet Commission on Evidence-Based Implementation in Global Health. This study was funded by the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation.
